Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups hi-lo milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 additional chopped banana for serving, optional
Method
- Place all the ingredients in container and mix well until combined
- Place container in the fridge overnight
- Stir the overnight oats and serve – topping with a few pieces of banana

This recipe makes 1,300g total
Serve as a main meal in 215g portions for high school students
OR serve as 13-16 smaller 80-100g portions for primary school students
