Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups hi-lo milk
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 additional chopped banana for serving, optional

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in container and mix well until combined
  2. Place container in the fridge overnight
  3. Stir the overnight oats and serve – topping with a few pieces of banana

Top Tip!

This recipe makes 1,300g total
Serve as a main meal in 215g portions for high school students
OR serve as 13-16 smaller 80-100g portions for primary school students
