Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
- ¾ cup white self raising flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup reduced fat milk
- ½ cup canola oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, grease or line muffin pans
- Place flours, sugar and cocoa into a medium bowl, stir to combine, make a well in the centre
- Whisk egg, milk and oil in a jug, pour into flour mix, gently combine
- Place in muffin pans and bake for 20-25 minutes.
