Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 200g almonds (whole or almond butter)
- 20 pitted dates
- 60g pepitas
- 50g cocoa powder
- Rind of 1 orange
- Juice of 1-2 oranges
- extra cocoa powder for rolling
Method
- Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until mixture comes together
- Roll into balls, approx. 30g each
- Roll in cocoa powder
- Place in air-tight container
- Place in fridge for at least 1 hour
- Store in the fridge.
