Ingredients
- 1 pitta bread or wrap
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato paste
- Vegetables and herbs of choice such as:
- sliced red and green capsicum
- pineapple
- olives
- basil
- ¾ cup reduced fat cheese, grated
- 8 pretzels sticks.
Method
- Heat oven to 180’C, line a tray with baking paper
- Place pizza base/pitta on tray, spread with sauce, place a pretzel stick equal
space apart so when cooked the base can be cut into eight equal triangles - Top with vegetables
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Cook until cheese has melted and is golden brown
- Cut into pieces and serve.
