Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 1 bag McCains potato skins (50 per bag)
- 500g store bought salsa
- 2 cups reduced fat cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C, spray an oven tray lightly with olive oil spray
- Place skins on tray, bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and loosely but generously drizzle with salsa and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for a further 10 mins
- Remove from oven, place 5 skins in a cup and serve immediately.
