Ingredients
- 2 cups white self raising flour
- 2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups hilo milk
- Olive oil spray
To Serve
- Berry coulis (see recipe on WASCA website) or fresh berries
- Reduced fat vanilla yoghurt
- Fresh berries
Method
- Sift flours into a large bowl, add sugar
- Combine eggs and milk in a large jug, add to flour and sugar, mix till a smooth batter
- Heat non stick waffle iron
- When ready, drop ½ cup of batter into each mould, spread out evenly
- Cook until brown, keep warm
- Serve with reduced fat vanilla yogurt, berry coulis (see recipe on website) and fresh berries
