Do you share the canteen space with others either before or after school hours? This could be for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), breakfast club or Parent Body run activities such as a disco.
This document provides guidance on the way premises should be left after use to ensure Food safety and hygiene protocols are followed and to ensure the canteen is left in the same neat and tidy state to which it was found. It ensures all those who use the canteen are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
