Survey of school canteen operations in WA
In this Foodcore members’ – 2023 Canteen Benchmarking Survey, we present information gathered first hand from canteen supervisors about canteen operations in their school. This includes school & canteen demographics, usual ordering processes, canteen logistics, canteen financial information and more. The results provide a useful resource for canteens to assist with budgeting and tracking performance against similar canteens. This survey will be repeated in Term 4 each year.
